The termination letter issued by the company did not mention sales targets as a reason for dismissal, and even if it had, the court stated that it would still fall under the provisions of Article 109 of the Labour Law. As a result, the court awarded the employee a total compensation of 2,808 dinars for the wrongful dismissal.
