In light of the recent natural disasters that have impacted India and Pakistan, many UAE residents are taking steps to bring their families to the UAE. Avinash Hegde, a corporate lawyer originally from Mangalore, India, has decided to bring his family to Dubai after heavy rains caused flooding near their home. With the Kulur River overflowing and many families being evacuated, Hegde wants to ensure his loved ones are safe until the situation improves.

Continuous heavy rainfall along India’s west coast has disrupted daily life in many towns and villages, with several houses submerged. Hegde is waiting for his family members’ visit visas to be approved so that he can issue tickets for them to come to Dubai. Similarly, Saba Ansari, a Dubai resident with family in Mumbai, is concerned about the increased rainfall activity in the region. Following a building collapse near her home in Navi Mumbai, Ansari has asked her brother to come to Dubai until the rainy season subsides.

Mohammed Shuaib, an engineer residing in Sharjah, initially sent his wife and children to Lahore, Pakistan, but recent flooding in the city has prompted him to bring them back early. Lahore experienced record-high rainfall, leading to fatalities and widespread displacement. Shuaib’s family informed him of water entering their home in Mustafa Town, prompting him to make arrangements for their early return to the UAE. Despite the water level subsiding, their home is filled with mud and debris, prompting Shuaib’s parents to also come and assist with cleaning.

As UAE residents take measures to protect their families from the impact of natural disasters in India and Pakistan, it is essential to prioritize their safety and well-being. With floods, heavy rains, and building collapses affecting communities, bringing family members to Dubai provides a sense of security and relief. By closely monitoring the situation and making timely decisions, expats can ensure their loved ones are out of harm’s way until the weather conditions stabilize.

The support and assistance from family members in Dubai play a crucial role in helping those affected by the calamities back in India and Pakistan. As regions continue to face challenges due to the ongoing rains and floods, having loved ones in a safe environment like Dubai offers a sense of comfort and reassurance. By coming together as a community and offering help to those in need, UAE residents showcase their solidarity and compassion during times of crisis.

In conclusion, the proactive actions taken by UAE residents to bring their families to safety amid the natural disasters in India and Pakistan exemplify the importance of family unity and support during challenging times. By prioritizing the well-being of their loved ones and making necessary arrangements, expats in Dubai showcase resilience and care for their families’ safety. As the situation in India and Pakistan continues to evolve, the solidarity and assistance provided by families in Dubai serve as a beacon of hope and strength in the face of adversity.
