The construction workers in Dubai were given the opportunity to live the life of a millionaire for a day as a reward for their hard work on International Labour Day. The top-performing workers of World Star Holding were presented with the Golden Achievement award and were then treated to a day of luxury experiences. They were chauffeured around the city in luxury cars, partied on a private yacht, stayed in five-star hotels, and dined at fine dining restaurants. Indian worker Ramdayal, who had helped build numerous five-star hotels in Dubai, expressed his excitement at being able to experience the luxury lifestyle he had helped create.

After receiving their awards, the workers changed into custom blue suits and were greeted by luxury cars outside the venue. They were taken on a tour of Dubai in cars such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Ford Mustang, and Cadillac. Their first stop was Dubai Marina, where they partied on a yacht and cut a special cake. They then proceeded to their staycation at a five-star hotel, where they enjoyed the lavish accommodations and amenities. Bangladeshi worker Jahid, who has been with the company for 12 years, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to enjoy such luxurious experiences.

The ‘One-Day Millionaire’ initiative aimed to inspire workers to excel in their lives by providing them with a glimpse of the luxury lifestyle. The managing director of World Star Holding, Haseena Nishad, explained that the initiative was a way to reward the workers for their exemplary performance and dedication to the company. The company has a tradition of recognizing its employees’ contributions and has previously treated them to all-expense-paid trips to destinations like Georgia. Moving forward, the company plans to focus on the education of its workers’ children, with the goal of helping them transition from blue-collar to white-collar workers in the future.

The workers’ children’s education is seen as crucial for their future success and advancement. By investing in their education, the company hopes to provide them with opportunities to excel in their chosen fields and achieve success in their careers. The annual tradition of rewarding and recognizing the workers’ contributions will now take on a new focus on supporting the education and development of their children. This shift in focus reflects the company’s commitment to investing in the future of its workers and their families, ensuring long-term success and prosperity for all involved.
