Different international films shown in nearby theaters this week

This week in Doha’s cinemas, a wide selection of films were showcased, including adventure, action, thriller, horror, comedy, and animated films for all ages. Among the films featured were “Twisters”, directed by Lee Isaac Chung, which follows a group of storm chasers risking their lives to test an experimental weather system. Another highlight was “Longlegs”, directed by Osgood Perkins, where a federal agent investigates a serial killer’s identity to prevent further crimes. Additionally, “Clawfoot”, directed by Michael Day, depicts a housewife facing psychological manipulation from a contractor in a tense battle of wits.

One of the animated comedies shown in Doha was “Inspector Sun”, directed by Julio Soto Gurpide, following an inspector named Sun forced to solve a case during his vacation. Apart from these new releases, Doha’s cinemas also screened previously released films like “Inside Out 2” and “Bad Boys 4”. With such a diverse lineup, moviegoers in Doha had a plethora of options to choose from for their entertainment needs.

The film “Twisters” starring Daisy Edgar-Jones and Glen Powell, generated excitement among audiences with its thrilling storyline of storm chasing. Meanwhile, “Longlegs” featuring Maika Monroe and Nicolas Cage, provided a gripping tale of crime investigation and suspense. “Clawfoot”, with Francesca Eastwood and Milo Gibson in leading roles, offered a unique psychological thriller that kept viewers on the edge of their seats.

The animated comedy “Inspector Sun” added a touch of humor and lightheartedness to the lineup, providing a break from the intensity of the other films.
