The Economic Development Board (EDB) of Bahrain is working on a new outreach report to enhance the Kingdom’s global talent hub status. The report will focus on key areas such as positioning Bahrain as a Global Talent Hub, benchmarking Bahrain’s talent pool with other global hubs, promoting Bahrain’s talent value propositions, and highlighting EDB’s successes in talent development. This initiative reflects the EDB’s dedication to driving economic growth through talent-focused strategies, with the goal of making Bahrain a more attractive destination for skilled professionals and investors.

One of the main objectives of the outreach report is to showcase Bahrain’s appeal for professionals and entrepreneurs. By highlighting the various strengths and opportunities that Bahrain has to offer, the report aims to position the Kingdom as a top destination for global talent. Additionally, the report will compare Bahrain’s talent pool with that of other global hubs to identify areas for improvement and further enhance Bahrain’s competitiveness in attracting skilled individuals.

Another key aspect of the report is the development of targeted campaigns to promote Bahrain’s talent value propositions. These campaigns will showcase Bahrain’s unique strengths and opportunities, with the aim of attracting more skilled professionals and investors to the Kingdom. By highlighting Bahrain’s success stories in talent development, the report aims to showcase the Kingdom’s achievements in fostering innovation and prosperity through the development of talent.

The tender board has announced that KPMG Fakhro is the sole bidder for the project, further emphasizing the importance and expertise that will go into the creation of the outreach report. By working with a reputable firm like KPMG Fakhro, the EDB aims to ensure that the report is thorough, insightful, and effective in promoting Bahrain as a global talent hub. This project is a crucial step towards strengthening Bahrain’s attractiveness for skilled professionals and investors, and ultimately driving economic growth and innovation in the Kingdom.

In conclusion, the outreach report being developed by the EDB of Bahrain is a significant initiative aimed at bolstering the Kingdom’s global talent hub status. By showcasing Bahrain’s appeal for professionals and entrepreneurs, benchmarking its talent pool with global hubs, promoting its talent value propositions, and highlighting EDB’s successes, the report will play a key role in positioning Bahrain as a top destination for global talent. With KPMG Fakhro leading the project, the EDB aims to create a comprehensive and effective report that will enhance Bahrain’s attractiveness for skilled professionals and investors, ultimately fostering innovation and prosperity in the Kingdom.
