Additionally, the Ministry collaborates with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) to support Bahraini talents across various sectors. This partnership has led to the creation of the ‘Methodology for Discovering Youth Talents’ initiative, which involves specialized agencies in identifying and celebrating talented individuals. Youth City 2030′ is a project launched by the Ministry that offers 2,700 training opportunities for young individuals in different fields.
