UAE weather forecast: national update from the meteorological center

The National Center of Meteorology issued the UAE weather forecast for tomorrow, predicting clear to partly cloudy skies with a chance of convective clouds and afternoon rain in eastern areas. The update covers the seven emirates and associated islands, noting humid nights and the possibility of fog or light mist along some coastal zones.

The forecast, released for the next 24 hours, specifies light to moderate winds that may strengthen at times and raise dust, with directions varying between southeast and northwest at 10 to 25 km/h and gusts to 40 km/h. Officials advised mariners and residents to monitor local conditions as convective activity may produce brief heavy showers in localized spots.

Regional temperatures and humidity levels

Temperatures across the UAE will range from the mid-30s to the mid-40s Celsius in daytime highs, with cooler lows overnight. Humidity levels will be elevated in coastal and island areas, increasing the likelihood of mist and localized fog before dawn.

Abu Dhabi is forecast to see a maximum of 39°C and a minimum of 29°C, with humidity between 85% and 20%. Dubai is expected to reach 41°C with a low of 31°C and humidity ranging from 85% down to 20%.

Sharjah should record a high of 41°C and a low of 30°C, with humidity peaking at 85% and falling to 20% overnight. Ajman will be slightly cooler by day with 36°C and a night low of 32°C, and higher nocturnal humidity near 40%.

Umm Al Quwain is forecast at 40°C daytime and 29°C overnight with humidity from 85% to 25%. Ras Al Khaimah may see one of the highest daytime readings at 43°C and a minimum of 29°C, with humidity between 75% and 20%.

Fujairah will be milder along the eastern coast with a maximum of 35°C and a minimum of 31°C, and relatively high humidity from 85% down to about 50%. Al Ain is expected to reach 44°C by day and drop to 31°C at night, with lower relative humidity ranging from 65% to 10%.

In the western and island areas, Liwa is forecast a high of 44°C and a low of 27°C with humidity near 80% to 15%. Ruwais should see 41°C daytime and 29°C nighttime with humidity between 85% and 20%. Al Sila is predicted at 43°C and 29°C with humidity from 80% to 20%.

Dalma Island is expected to reach 39°C and fall to 30°C, with humidity near 80% and dropping to 40%. The Greater and Lesser Tunbs are forecast 38°C daytime and 30°C overnight, with humidity between 80% and 45%. Abu Musa will be around 38°C and 30°C with humidity near 80% to 45%.

Coastal conditions and tide schedules

Marine conditions are expected to be light to slight on both the Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman, although winds may increase briefly and raise choppy waves nearshore. Mariners should be aware of the tide times and adjust passage plans if localized convective showers develop.

On the Arabian Gulf, the first high tide is forecast at 13:50 and the second at 23:40, with low tides at 17:18 and 07:23. On the Gulf of Oman, the tide cycle shows a first high tide at 09:29 and a second high tide at 19:54, with low tides at 15:13 and 02:52.

Therefore, fishing and small-craft operations should consider both the tidal windows and the potential for brief periods of reduced visibility caused by sea fog. Port authorities may issue local advisories if conditions change rapidly.

Winds, visibility and potential impacts

The National Center of Meteorology emphasized that winds will be light to moderate but can become gusty, stirring up dust and lowering visibility across inland areas. As a result, drivers should be cautious on exposed roads, and outdoor events may be affected by sudden gusts or reduced air quality.

Humidity levels rising overnight will increase the chance of fog or light mist, particularly along coastal strips and around islands. Commuters and maritime operators should anticipate the possibility of patchy fog during early morning hours, and plan for slower travel times.

Rain chances remain isolated to scattered in eastern regions where convective activity is forecast in the afternoon. Consequently, local flooding or temporary surface water accumulation is unlikely but possible in low-lying urban areas if heavier cells develop quickly.

Forecast significance and recommended precautions

This UAE weather forecast provides actionable details for residents, businesses, and coastal operators ahead of tomorrow’s conditions. Officials recommend securing loose outdoor items, monitoring real-time updates from the National Center of Meteorology, and allowing additional travel time if fog or dust reduces visibility.

Healthcare providers and at-risk individuals should note the combination of high daytime temperatures and elevated humidity in coastal zones, which can increase heat stress during outdoor activities. Therefore, staying hydrated and avoiding strenuous activity during peak heat is advisable.

Outlook and what to watch next

Looking ahead, the meteorological center will issue further updates if convective development intensifies or if wind patterns change. Residents should watch for periodic bulletins through official channels for adjustments to rain probability or maritime warnings.

Expect the next routine forecast cycle within 24 hours, with specific attention on eastern rain chances and nighttime coastal fog. Monitoring tide tables and local advisories will remain important for safe marine operations over the coming days.
