UAE weather forecast: clear to partly cloudy with dust risk

The National Centre of Meteorology issued its UAE weather forecast for tomorrow, predicting clear to partly cloudy skies across the country with light to moderate winds that may occasionally raise dust. The advisory covers the major coastal and inland areas, with officials noting variable humidity and peak daytime temperatures in the mid-40s Celsius for several inland locations.

According to the centre’s daily bulletin, winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly at 10 to 25 km/h, gusting up to 40 km/h, and motorists and outdoor workers are advised to expect occasional reduced visibility in blowing dust. Marine conditions are described as light to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and generally light in the Sea of Oman.

City temperatures and humidity details

The forecast provides a city-by-city breakdown of maximum and minimum temperatures, plus expected relative humidity ranges. Abu Dhabi is expected to reach a high of 43°C and a low of 31°C with humidity between about 75 percent and 25 percent. Dubai should see a high near 40°C and a low of 30°C with similar humidity levels.

Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain will be hot as well, with Sharjah around 41°C/30°C and Umm Al Quwain near 41°C/30°C. Ajman is forecast at about 40°C/31°C. Ras Al Khaimah can expect highs around 43°C and lows of 31°C with slightly higher humidity toward the coast.

Fujairah is cooler relative to the interior, with a forecast high near 37°C and an overnight low of 31°C. Al Ain, a desert inland city, is forecast to peak around 45°C with an overnight minimum near 31°C. Liwa and Al Sila are among the hottest spots listed, with Liwa and Al Sila expected to reach about 47°C during the day and drop to the low 30s at night.

Coastal islands and smaller localities show varied readings: Al Ruwais near 44°C/31°C, Dalma Island about 43°C/34°C, the Greater and Lesser Tunb islands roughly 36°C/29°C, and Abu Musa around 35°C/31°C. Relative humidity at those coastal and island locations may remain higher, especially overnight, increasing the apparent heat during early mornings.

Winds, dust and marine conditions

The National Centre of Meteorology emphasized wind behavior as the main short-term hazard. Winds are expected from the southwest to northwest at 10–25 km/h, occasionally reaching 40 km/h. Therefore, localized dust storms or dust plumes are possible, particularly over inland desert areas and road corridors.

Drivers should exercise caution where visibility is reduced, and outdoor event planners may need contingency measures for temporary dust or gusty conditions. Additionally, sensitive groups such as older adults and people with respiratory conditions should prepare for degraded air quality during dust episodes.

Tide times and sea state

Marine conditions in the Arabian Gulf are forecast to be light to moderate. The centre reported the first high tide at 19:15 and a second high at 07:40, with low tides at 11:59 and 02:30. Meanwhile, the Sea of Oman will be generally light; its first high tide occurs at 14:52 and the second at 06:06, with low tides at 08:53 and 22:54.

Mariners and coastal operators should note those times for planning small-craft operations and beach activities. Fishermen and recreational boaters are advised to monitor updates, as gusts and short-lived choppy conditions may develop inshore during wind spikes.

Impacts, public guidance and preparedness

Heat and humidity combined with blowing dust can affect public comfort and safety. The UAE weather forecast indicates that daytime heat will remain significant, particularly across the central and western emirates. Therefore, authorities recommend limiting strenuous outdoor work during peak afternoon heat and ensuring access to shade and hydration.

Transportation authorities and logistics operators often issue precautionary measures when winds increase. Furthermore, construction sites and roadwork teams are advised to secure loose materials and implement dust-control measures. Schools, event organizers and tour operators should consider contingency plans for reduced outdoor exposure.

For those planning marine activity, it is prudent to check the latest marine forecasts and local port advisories. Small-craft operators should heed the warnings about gusty winds and prepare for transient dusty squalls that could impact visibility and vessel handling.

Context and seasonal outlook

The pattern described in the forecast aligns with typical late-summer conditions in the United Arab Emirates, where high daytime temperatures and periodic dusty winds are common. The National Centre of Meteorology’s bulletin suggests this is a continuation of prevailing seasonal trends rather than an abrupt weather shift.

Seasonal observers note that dust events often occur when winds strengthen from the interior deserts toward the coast, a dynamic reflected in tomorrow’s wind direction and speed. Meanwhile, coastal humidity variations are driven by overnight sea breezes and daytime heating, influencing comfort levels in urban and resort areas.

What residents and visitors should watch next

Monitor updates from the National Centre of Meteorology for any changes to wind speed or dust advisories. The centre typically issues amended bulletins if dust or wind conditions escalate, affecting visibility or public health. Travelers should check flight and ferry notices if they have near-term departures.

Looking ahead, residents should watch for afternoon temperature peaks and potential short-term wind gusts through the coming days. Public services and businesses that operate outdoors are expected to remain on alert for dust-related impacts and adjust schedules or safety measures as required.

In summary, the UAE weather forecast indicates hot conditions, moderate humidity variations, and winds that could stir dust at times. Follow official updates from the National Centre of Meteorology, take basic heat and dust precautions, and review marine advisories if planning coastal activity tomorrow.
