Summer Restaurant Week (SRW) in Dubai is coming to an end, giving residents one final weekend to experience the city’s finest restaurants at affordable prices. The event, which is part of the Dubai Summer Surprise programme, offers lunch deals for Dh95 and dinner dishes for Dh150, with select venues also offering breakfast menus for Dh69. This initiative celebrates Dubai’s diverse dining scene and has been well-received by food enthusiasts in the city.

One of the participating restaurants, Vince Ristorante in JBR, has seen a great response from diners, with many new customers trying out their breakfast menu. Dubai resident Aruba Khalid, who enjoys exploring new restaurants, recently dined at the Michelin-starred restaurant 11 Woodfire for the first time during SRW. She was impressed by the signature menu offered at a budget-friendly price and plans to return with her husband.

The list of restaurants participating in SRW has been carefully curated by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), with over 60 restaurants taking part this year. Sara Sultan Yousuf Hassan Janahi, senior manager of events planning, highlighted the unprecedented interest from restaurants, making it the highest number of participants ever. The restaurants offer a variety of cuisines, including Middle Eastern, Italian, Indian, and European.

Foodies can indulge in dishes from popular eateries such as Arabian Tea House, Thiptara, Shamiana, and Beefbar Dubai during SRW. The full list of participating restaurants can be found on Open Table, where diners can also make reservations. As SRW wraps up this weekend, it coincides with the final days of Dubai Summer Surprise, offering discounts of up to 90% across various lifestyle, beauty, electronics, and fashion brands in the city.

Overall, the Summer Restaurant Week in Dubai provides a unique opportunity for residents to experience a wide range of dining options at discounted prices, showcasing the city’s vibrant culinary scene. With a diverse selection of restaurants participating in the event, food enthusiasts can explore different cuisines and enjoy signature menus without breaking the bank. As this year’s SRW comes to a close, it marks the end of a successful initiative that has brought together the community to celebrate the joy of dining out in Dubai.
