UDC to sponsor Junior Trainee Program for Dreama’s Kids

United Development Company (UDC) recently announced a new partnership with Qatar’s Orphan Care Center “Dreama” to launch the “Junior Trainee Program” for orphaned children aged 10 to 15. This initiative highlights UDC’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and aligns with Dreama’s mission to care for orphans and integrate them into society. The program offers a structured learning environment where children will engage in educational and practical activities to develop their skills and support their personal and professional growth.

The Junior Trainee Program is designed to introduce children to various aspects of professional work environments, providing valuable exposure and learning opportunities. In addition, the program will include recreational breaks and visits around The Pearl Island and other notable sites, allowing the children to explore and enjoy their surroundings while fostering a sense of community and belonging. This well-rounded experience aims to enhance the trainees’ learning experience and provide them with a unique environment for growth and development.

Faisal Al Emadi, Executive Director Commercial at United Development Company, emphasized the company’s commitment to driving positive change and fostering community impact through this collaboration with Dreama. By integrating the program into the vibrant atmosphere of The Pearl Island, UDC aims to provide a enriching environment that significantly enhances the trainees’ learning experience. This partnership showcases UDC’s dedication to supporting initiatives that empower and uplift the community.

Ahmed Al Ghanim, Director of Community Awareness at Dreama, highlighted the importance of this initiative in nurturing a new generation and empowering children to acquire life skills through learning. The program serves as a platform for children to showcase their talents, fostering innovation and creativity among participants. This collaboration with UDC strengthens Dreama’s strategic plans to provide comprehensive care, support, and integration for orphans, leading to valuable life skills, community integration, and overall development among its participants.

Overall, the partnership between UDC and Dreama signifies a significant step towards providing orphaned children with opportunities for growth, development, and community integration. The Junior Trainee Program offers a structured learning environment that introduces children to various professional work environments and provides them with valuable exposure and learning opportunities.
