The goal is to provide top-notch customer service and operational excellence by ensuring 100% availability of required spare parts. Managed by the brand’s head office in Riyadh, the 5,200 square meter warehouse is a testament to their commitment to excellence and decision to establish their international head office in Saudi Arabia.

Partnering with MAERSK, a global transportation and logistics company, OMODA JAECOO has developed the warehouse to maintain exceptional workflow standards and meet the needs of merchants and customers promptly. The facility is designed to distribute original spare parts across the Kingdom within 24-48 hours, setting new industry benchmarks and exceeding government targets for parts availability. The Country Head of OMODA JAECOO emphasized the brand’s dedication to understanding customer needs and providing swift responses to ensure the best service at all times.

The new warehouse facility will stock a comprehensive range of spare parts, including body parts, and plans are in place to expand warehouse hubs across various regions and cities in the Kingdom as sales volumes increase.
