Governorate hosts youth career preparation program

The summer program “Our Homeland and Our King Unite Us” organized by the Northern Governorate aims to guide participants towards future career paths and help them choose suitable academic paths for the job market. One of the initiatives included a visit to the Ministry of Labor, where students had the opportunity to experience the work environment and learn about labor market dynamics in Bahrain. During the visit, students received a motivational address from Ahmed Al-Haiki, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour, emphasizing the importance of selecting academic specializations that align with future career opportunities.

The itinerary also included a tour of the Training and Employment Department, where students were able to learn about services for job seekers, efforts to overcome employment challenges, and tools for identifying career inclinations.
