Cristiano Ronaldo recently made history in the Roshn Saudi League by scoring 35 goals in a single season, breaking the record for most goals in a season. The Al Nassr captain was presented with the Top Goalscorer award for the 2023-24 season after his remarkable performance. In addition to his impressive goal tally, Ronaldo also recorded 11 assists during the season, making it one of the best of his career.

Ronaldo expressed his happiness and pride at winning the Top Goalscorer award, stating that it was not something he had initially set out to achieve. He credited his teammates for their support and acknowledged that without their help, his individual success would not have been possible. The Portuguese legend sees this achievement as motivation to continue playing football and giving his best in every game.

Since joining Al Nassr in late 2022, Ronaldo has scored a total of 49 goals in 47 league appearances and 64 goals in 69 games in all competitions. He also topped the charts for most club goals in the world in 2023 with 54 strikes in 59 appearances. Ronaldo’s stellar performance in the 2023-24 season included back-to-back hat-tricks against Al Tai and Abha, showcasing his goal-scoring prowess.

Looking ahead, Ronaldo is focused on representing Portugal at the 2024 European Championships where they will face tough competition in the group stage. Despite his international commitments, he is eagerly anticipating the start of the 2024-25 RSL season. Ronaldo’s goals for the upcoming season remain the same – to continue giving his best, winning titles, and achieving success both with Al Nassr and the Portugal national team. His determination to maintain his level of performance is unwavering.

Ronaldo’s remarkable achievements in the Roshn Saudi League have cemented his status as one of the greatest footballers of all time. His record-breaking goal-scoring feats and leadership qualities have earned him the respect and admiration of fans and critics alike. As he continues to defy age and break records, Ronaldo’s legacy in the world of football only grows stronger. His dedication to excellence and passion for the game serve as an inspiration to aspiring footballers worldwide.
