Symbolic Developments, a real estate developer in Dubai and a venture by the Speedex Group, recently announced the launch of their latest project, Symbolic Aura. The project, valued at Dh150 million, consists of 72 premium lifestyle Sky Garden Residences located in the bustling Al Furjan neighborhood of Dubai. These residences offer a mix of 2.5 and 3-bedroom apartments with fully furnished interiors and top-of-the-line kitchen appliances from a renowned German brand. The design of the project focuses on maximizing natural light and ventilation, creating a comfortable living space for residents.

Murtaza Moiz, the vice-chairman of Symbolic Developments and Speedex Group, expressed excitement about the launch of Symbolic Aura, following the success of their previous project, Symbolic Alpha in Liwan. Symbolic Aura caters to the demands of potential buyers by offering larger 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments, featuring floor-to-ceiling heights of approximately 12 feet and only six apartments per floor, ensuring a unique and exclusive living experience. The themed Sky Garden Residences also include balconies adorned with green elements, providing residents with a connection to nature at their doorstep.

The full-floor amenities at Symbolic Aura are designed to provide residents with exclusive access to a wide range of facilities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, serene meditation retreat, and vibrant communal spaces. This ensures convenience and luxury for residents within the confines of the project, offering a comfortable and opulent lifestyle. Construction for Symbolic Aura is set to begin in June 2024, with possession scheduled for March 2026. The project’s strategic location offers easy access to major business districts such as Downtown, DIFC, and DMCC, making it an ideal choice for working professionals.

Prospective buyers can choose from a selection of 2.5 BHK residences, approximately 1200 sq.ft., starting at Dh1.60 million, or opt for 3 BHK residences of around 1500 sq.ft., with prices starting at Dh2.10 million onwards. The payment plan for Symbolic Aura has been structured at 40:60, with 10% required at the time of booking. With its luxurious amenities, premium interiors, and convenient location, Symbolic Aura is poised to become a sought-after residential project in Al Furjan, Dubai. Don’t miss the opportunity to own a piece of this prestigious development and enjoy a luxurious lifestyle in one of Dubai’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
