Residents across Abu Dhabi are advised to be cautious as a red and yellow fog alert has been issued, leading to reduced visibility. Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution and follow the speed limits displayed on electronic information boards. Additionally, the speed reduction system has been activated on various internal and external roads in the capital to ensure safety for all drivers.

Today’s weather in Abu Dhabi is expected to be generally fair with partly cloudy conditions at times. The National Meteorological Centre (NCM) has predicted an increase in humidity levels during the night and into Wednesday morning, which may lead to fog or mist in some coastal and inland areas. Winds are expected to be light to moderate, occasionally freshening up. While the Arabian Gulf will experience slight to moderate sea conditions, the Oman Sea will remain calm.

Residents are advised to stay updated with the current weather conditions by following KT on WhatsApp Channels. Temperature-wise, Abu Dhabi is expected to reach highs of 41℃, while Dubai is expected to reach a high of 40℃. Humidity levels are expected to fluctuate between 20% to 95%, making it essential for residents to stay hydrated and take precautions against the heat.

As the UAE transitions into autumn, residents should prepare for unpredictable weather fluctuations. Temperatures are expected to start decreasing, with an average decrease of about 5℃ between September and November. It is crucial for residents to stay informed about the changing weather conditions and take appropriate measures to ensure their safety and well-being.

In conclusion, with the current fog alert in place and the expected weather conditions, residents of Abu Dhabi and Dubai need to exercise caution when driving, stay informed about the latest updates, and take necessary precautions to stay safe. As temperatures begin to decrease with the transition into autumn, it is essential to stay prepared for any weather changes and follow guidelines to ensure a comfortable and safe experience during this time period. Stay informed, stay safe, and enjoy the upcoming autumn season.
