The latest food sensation to come out of Dubai is the viral chocolate bars created by FIX Dessert Chocolatier. These giant, crunchy chocolate bars are filled with unique and delicious flavors like Lotus Biscoff, Kunafa, and Karak, and have been captivating taste buds worldwide. Retailing for Dh68.25, these chocolate bars are exclusively available on Deliveroo, with limited ordering slots between 2pm and 5pm due to high demand.

The founder of FIX Dessert Chocolatier, Sarah Hamouda, has gained global recognition for her innovative chocolate creations. The brand gained popularity in 2021, and the viral status of the chocolate bars was solidified when TikTok food influencer Maria Vehera’s ASMR video eating one of the bars went viral with over 65 million views. Since then, hundreds of content creators have filmed their own reactions to the chocolate bars, leading to a surge in popularity on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Celebrities like Mona Kattan and Ebraheem Al Samadi have also contributed to the viral status of the chocolate bars by trying them on their social media channels. The popularity of the chocolate bars has transcended borders, with food bloggers and celebrities from around the world joining the craze. Visitors are reportedly flying to Dubai to indulge in this viral trend and are even asking friends and family to bring back the chocolate if they’re in the city.

As the demand for these chocolate bars continues to grow, many enthusiasts are attempting to recreate them at home. DIY videos and tutorials have popped up on social media platforms, with creators experimenting with different fillings and techniques to capture the essence of the original bars. Even local content creators like Rafeez Ahmed have attempted to recreate the chocolate bars at home with DIY recipes, garnering millions of views on Instagram.

The limited availability and unique appearance of the chocolate bars have contributed to their viral spread. Content creators are also experimenting with spin-offs of the dessert, but nothing beats the original chocolate bar for now. If you want to try one yourself, be prepared to wait, as the chocolates are made in limited quantities and sell out quickly.Overall, the viral Dubai chocolate bars have captured the attention of food enthusiasts worldwide and have become a global sensation in the world of desserts.
