Rayan Ahmed, a UAE golfer, is set to make history as the first player from the UAE to compete in the US Junior Amateur Championship at Oakland Hills Country Club. Ahmed has had a successful season, winning individual and team gold at the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Golf Championship in Qatar and finishing strongly at the Abu Dhabi Challenge in his European Challenge Tour debut. Additionally, he dominated the 2024 GCC Youth Games and secured a top-15 finish in the Emirates Golf Federation Men’s Order of Merit.
