Spaniard Marc Marquez, a six-time Motogp world champion, is set to join the Ducati factory team in 2025. The Italian manufacturer announced that he will be teaming up with reigning champion Francesco Bagnaia. Marquez, who currently rides for Gresini, Ducati’s satellite team, joined the team at the start of 2024 after spending 11 seasons at Honda. He will be replacing Italian rider Enea Bastianini on a two-year contract. Despite not winning a race since October 2021, Marquez remains in third place in the standings at the midway point of the current season.
