Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz is aiming for a spot in the Wimbledon quarter-finals as he faces Frenchman, Humbert. Alcaraz is looking to become just the sixth man to win the French Open and Wimbledon back-to-back. After a tough round of 32 match against Frances Tiafoe, the Spanish world number three is determined to continue his winning streak. Humbert, known for his skills on the tennis court, is also passionate about playing the piano.

On the women’s side, Emma Raducanu has British fans hopeful for a home champion, with dreams of a first win in 47 years. Raducanu, ranked 135, is making headlines once again after overcoming a series of setbacks. Her recent victory over top 10 player Maria Sakkari has boosted her confidence as she heads into the fourth round. With a potentially clear path to the semi-finals, Raducanu is focused on cherishing every moment of her Wimbledon journey.

As she advances to face Lulu Sun, Raducanu’s decision to withdraw from the mixed doubles alongside Andy Murray has caused some controversy. However, Judy Murray clarified that her comments were meant in jest and not intended as criticism towards Raducanu. Sun, a qualifier from New Zealand, is making waves at Wimbledon, guaranteed to earn more in this tournament than in her entire career. Meanwhile, American Ben Shelton is following in his father’s footsteps as he reaches the fourth round, set to face world number one Jannik Sinner.

On the women’s side, US Open champion Coco Gauff is dominating her matches, dropping just 10 games in three rounds. Gauff, who made her breakthrough at Wimbledon in 2019, is set to face fellow American Emma Navarro. With promising talent and determination, both Gauff and Navarro are eager to make their mark at the prestigious tournament. As the Wimbledon excitement continues to build, fans eagerly await the thrilling matches and potential upsets that lie ahead in the tournament.
