Al Madheed dedominates QTCC with Al Qubaisi and Dave shining at LIC

The Qatar Touring Car Championship (QTCC) and Qatar Superstock (QSTK) Round 3 took place at the Lusail International Circuit (LIC), where Ghanem Al Madheed dominated the QTCC, winning both races. Abdulla Al Qubaisi and Rakshith Dave also secured double wins in the QSTK 600 and QSSP categories, respectively. In the QTCC Race 1, Al Madheed outpaced Abdulla Ali Al Khelaifi and Mansour Al Hajri to take the top spot on the podium. In Race 2, Al Madheed continued his dominance with another impressive performance. Al Qubaisi emerged victorious in the QSTK 600 category, while Dave was unstoppable in the QSSP category, claiming victory in both races.

In the QTCC races, Al Madheed displayed his skill and speed, clocking in impressive times to secure victories in both Race 1 and Race 2. His closest competitors, Abdulla Ali Al Khelaifi and Mansour Al Hajri, gave their best efforts but were unable to match Al Madheed’s pace. The podium celebrations were a testament to Al Madheed’s dominance in the QTCC category at the Lusail International Circuit.

The QSTK 600 category witnessed intense competition among the riders, with Al Qubaisi emerging as the standout performer. In Race 1, Al Qubaisi claimed victory with a strong performance, followed by former champions Mashel Al Naimi and Saeed Al Sulaiti. Race 2 saw a repeat of the podium finish, with Al Qubaisi once again leading the pack. Al Naimi and Al Sulaiti also put up strong performances in both races, showcasing their talent and determination on the track.

Rakshith Dave continued his winning streak in the QSSP category, securing victories in both Race 1 and Race 2. His consistent performances and speed on the track made him a formidable competitor for the other riders. Marton Bellelli and Mahmoud El Banna also showed their skills in the QSSP races, finishing on the podium alongside Dave.

The event, organized by the Lusail International Circuit and the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation, showcased some thrilling races and impressive performances from the competitors. The next round of the championships is scheduled to take place on May 31 and June 1, promising more excitement and fierce competition on the track. Fans can look forward to another thrilling weekend of racing at the Lusail International Circuit as the championship continues to unfold.
