Amro Al Hamad, the Executive Director of Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) and CEO of Lusail International Circuit (LIC), has recently been appointed as the Vice President of the Single Seater Committee within the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) under the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA). This achievement is not only a personal milestone for Al Hamad but also a major win for QMMF and Qatar as a whole, showcasing the country’s commitment to advancing motorsport and its aspiration to become an international motorsport hub.
