The Capital Governorate of Bahrain is undergoing significant revamp works aimed at improving public services and enhancing the quality of life for its residents. Led by the Capital Municipality Council in collaboration with the Ministry of Works, this infrastructure initiative focuses on various aspects such as road development, sewage network expansion, and traffic safety improvements. Engineer Saleh Tarada, Chairman of the Capital Municipal Council, has highlighted the Council’s commitment to infrastructure development across the governorate.

The Ministry of Works is actively involved in carrying out various projects to upgrade the infrastructure in the Capital Governorate. One of the key projects includes the establishment of a sewage network in Block 604 in Sitra, which is expected to benefit around 280 properties. Additionally, sewage network projects are also in progress in Block 381, Block 382 in Nabih Saleh, and Block 711 in Tubli, providing benefits to a total of 305 properties in the area.

In addition to the sewage network projects, the blueprint for infrastructure improvements also includes the enhancement of road networks in the Capital Governorate. This encompasses various projects such as the principal road project in East Sitra, the development of roads in Block 324 in Juffair, Ma’ameer – Block 633, and Jidd Hafs. The Council is actively supervising the development of Road 287 and its adjacent roads in Block 602 in Mahaza, Sitra, as well as the refurbishment and development of roads in Block 816 in Isa Town and Block 381 in Nabih Saleh.

The infrastructure improvements being implemented in the Capital Governorate of Bahrain are part of a larger initiative to enhance the overall quality of life for residents. By focusing on key areas such as road development, sewage network expansion, and traffic safety improvements, the authorities aim to create a more efficient and sustainable infrastructure that meets the needs of the growing population in the area. The efforts of the Capital Municipality Council and the Ministry of Works in spearheading these projects are crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of these infrastructure upgrades.

Overall, the revamp works in the Capital Governorate of Bahrain are set to bring about significant improvements in public services and the overall quality of life for residents. With a focus on infrastructure development, including road networks, sewage network expansion, and traffic safety improvements, the authorities aim to create a more efficient and sustainable infrastructure that meets the needs of the growing population in the area. The ongoing projects supervised by the Capital Municipality Council and the Ministry of Works are crucial in achieving this goal and ensuring the successful completion of the infrastructure upgrades in the governorate.
