The Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) has forecasted cloudy weather conditions from May 6 to May 8, with a chance of light to moderate scattered rain that may turn thundery in some places. No further warnings have been issued for this period. Mid-latitude weather systems will continue to pass the region occasionally until the middle of May, with a decrease in frequency in the second half of the month.

According to QMD, the strengthening Indian low will start affecting the region, causing the blowing of Northerly wind by the second half of May. The daily mean temperature for this month is expected to be around 32°C. The lowest temperature recorded in Doha during May was 15.2°C in 1971, while the highest was 47.7°C in 2014. It is important for residents and visitors to be prepared for these weather conditions and to take appropriate precautions.

It is advisable to stay updated on the latest weather forecasts and warnings from QMD in order to plan activities accordingly. Cloudy weather and potential rain can impact travel plans and outdoor activities, so it is essential to stay informed. By keeping track of weather updates, individuals can better prepare for any changes in the weather during this period.

The QMD’s climate information indicates that the weather systems passing through the region will gradually decrease in frequency as the month progresses. Residents and visitors should be aware of the potential for thundery conditions in some areas and prepare accordingly. It is also important to stay cautious during rainy weather to avoid any potential hazards or disruptions to daily routines.

As the Indian low strengthens and Northerly winds start blowing in the region, there may be changes in the weather patterns that could affect daily activities. By staying informed about the latest updates from QMD, individuals can better navigate through any potential weather-related challenges. It is also advisable to take necessary precautions to ensure safety and well-being during these weather conditions.

In conclusion, the Qatar Meteorology Department has forecasted cloudy weather with a chance of light to moderate scattered rain from May 6 to May 8, with potential for thundery conditions in some areas. It is important to stay informed about the weather forecasts and warnings in order to plan activities and prepare accordingly. By taking necessary precautions and staying updated on weather conditions, individuals can better navigate through any changes in the weather during this period.
