Miramax’s beIN announces all-star cast for Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy

The highly anticipated rom-com Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy has officially announced its star-studded cast, including Renée Zellweger, Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Leo Woodall. Joining the cast are Isla Fisher, Josette Simon, Nico Parker, and Leila Farzad, as well as returning members Sarah Solemani, Sally Phillips, Shirley Henderson, and James Callis. Gemma Jones and Jim Broadbent will also reprise their roles as Bridget’s parents. The film is being produced by Universal, StudioCanal, and Miramax, with Tim Bevan, Eric Fellner, and Jo Wallett at the helm. Miramax and StudioCanal are co-financing the project, which is currently in production under the direction of Michael Morris.

Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy is the fourth installment in the beloved franchise based on the best-selling novel by Helen Fielding. The film is scheduled for a worldwide premiere on February 14, 2025, including releases in the Middle East and North Africa. With a script penned by Helen Fielding, Abi Morgan, and Dan Mazer, the movie is poised to capture the charm and humor that fans have come to love.
