The Alternate Minister of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports of the Hellenic Republic, Ioannis Vroutsis, highlighted the strong and excellent relations between the State of Qatar and the Hellenic Republic. In an exclusive interview with Qatar News Agency (QNA), he emphasized the mutual appreciation and respect between the two peoples and governments. Vroutsis expressed the desire of both countries to enhance their bilateral relations in the field of sports through an expected bilateral agreement. The visit of H H the Amir to the Hellenic Republic is expected to further strengthen relations and promote cooperation in various sectors, including sports.
Vroutsis praised Qatar for its emphasis on sports excellence and making it a top priority. He noted that the Hellenic Republic shares the same focus on sports, which will benefit youth now and in the future. Vroutsis emphasized the close connection between youth and sports, stating that the Greek government prioritizes youth as they represent the future.
