Real Madrid secured a 3-0 victory over Real Valladolid in La Liga, with French striker Kylian Mbappe making his Santiago Bernabeu debut without scoring a goal. The match saw Madrid midfielder Fede Valverde opening the scoring with a deflected free-kick in the second half, while substitutes Brahim Diaz and Endrick added to the scoreline late in the game. Despite a lack of attacking fluency, Carlo Ancelotti’s side managed to earn their first win of the season, staying two points behind rivals Barcelona.

The first half of the match saw Valladolid frustrating Madrid’s attackers, with little chances being created by the home team. Valladolid’s defence worked hard to keep the champions at bay, with goalkeeper Karl Hein making crucial saves. Madrid dominated possession but struggled to break through until Valverde’s goal in the second half. Mbappe had a couple of chances to score but was unable to find the net, highlighting his adjustment to the new team and league.

Mbappe’s dream move to Madrid in the summer has been highly anticipated, and despite scoring on his debut in the UEFA Super Cup, he has yet to find the back of the net in La Liga. Ancelotti is still working on perfecting the team’s attacking setup to bring out the best from the club’s star players. Diaz and Endrick sealed the win for Madrid with their goals late in the game, showcasing the team’s depth and ability to secure victories even when not at their best.

The win against Valladolid puts Real Madrid in a good position in the early stages of the La Liga season, as they aim to compete for the title once again. With Barcelona setting the pace at the top of the table, Madrid will be looking to build momentum and showcase their attacking prowess in the coming matches. Ancelotti will be hoping to see more consistency from his team, especially in front of goal, as they face tough competition in the league.

Overall, the match against Real Valladolid was a solid performance from Real Madrid, despite some struggles in attack. The team managed to secure a convincing win, with Valverde, Diaz, and Endrick stepping up to score the goals. Mbappe’s continued adaptation to the team will be key for Madrid’s success this season, as they look to challenge for both domestic and European titles. With talented players and an experienced manager in Ancelotti, Real Madrid will be a force to be reckoned with in La Liga.
