The Ministry of Sports and Youth, in collaboration with the “Muallemi” portal, has unveiled the “PASS” programme during a press conference in Doha, Qatar. The innovative initiative aims to support and empower Qatari youth by enhancing their academic capabilities and providing them with the tools needed to succeed in higher education. Tailored to help participants excel in international standardized tests such as the ACT, SAT, and IELTS, the programme is structured into multiple phases to cater to the unique needs of each individual.

Utilizing the “Mo3alimi” learning platform, the PASS programme will be delivered entirely online, making it easily accessible to participants across Qatar. By breaking down logistical barriers, the digital approach ensures that a larger number of beneficiaries can take advantage of the resources and support offered without any geographical limitations. This not only increases the reach of the programme but also provides a more convenient and flexible learning environment for participants.

Director of Muallemi, H E Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Fahad Al Thani, expressed gratitude for the Ministry of Sports and Youth’s support and dedication to empowering Qatari youth. He highlighted the importance of initiatives like PASS in helping youth achieve success in their academic and professional endeavors. Fawaz Al Misifri, Director of the Youth Affairs Department at the Ministry, emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to providing financial and logistical support to fulfill the aspirations of Qatari youth and empower them to overcome academic challenges.

The Ministry of Sports and Youth is urging all Qatari youth preparing for international standardized tests to register for the PASS programme. Registration is available through an electronic link on the Ministry’s social media platforms, with enrollment open until the maximum capacity is reached. The programme will run for up to three months, offering personalized training schedules tailored to each participant’s level. Additionally, participants will undergo pre- and post-assessments to measure progress and will be assigned a private online tutor free of charge.

In conclusion, the PASS programme in Qatar is a valuable initiative that seeks to support and empower Qatari youth in their academic journey. By providing the necessary tools, resources, and support to excel in international standardized tests, the programme aims to help participants achieve success in higher education and beyond. With a digital delivery approach and tailored support system, the PASS programme offers a comprehensive solution to boost the academic capabilities of Qatari youth and prepare them for a successful future.
