The aim of this award is to recognize and promote the achievements and efforts of individuals and organizations that are working towards the empowerment and integration of persons with disabilities.

The award is an initiative organized by the Committee of the GCC Ministers of Social Affairs and Development. It seeks to stimulate the energies and capabilities of persons with disabilities, their families, and society as a whole in order to achieve excellence in their lives. By providing comprehensive support for creativity and excellence in all areas of life, the award aims to enhance the capabilities of persons with disabilities and support their full integration into society. This initiative highlights the importance of recognizing the potential and contributions of individuals with disabilities.

The organizing committee of the award has established certain criteria that must be met by the nominees. There is no specific age limit for the nominee, making the award inclusive of individuals of all ages. Additionally, the nominee must be a citizen of the country nominating them and have demonstrated projects or achievements that contribute to the empowerment of persons with disabilities and enhance their opportunities for social integration.

Nominating individuals and organizations for this award is a great way to acknowledge their efforts and contributions towards the empowerment of persons with disabilities. By recognizing and honoring these achievements, the award not only highlights the importance of inclusivity and diversity but also encourages further initiatives and actions to support the integration of persons with disabilities into society. The recognition provided by this award can serve as a motivation for individuals and organizations to continue their work towards creating a more inclusive and accessible environment for everyone.
