His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has delegated HH Sayyid Asa’ad bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Special Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, to lead the Sultanate of Oman’s delegation at the 33rd regular Arab Summit in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The summit is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Thursday. HH Sayyid Asa’ad will be accompanied by an official delegation comprising key government officials, including the Foreign Minister, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, Minister of Information, and Ambassador of Oman to Egypt and Bahrain. The delegation will also include the Secretary General and the Advisor at the Office of HH Sayyid Asa’ad.

The participation of Oman in the Arab Summit reflects the country’s commitment to regional cooperation and diplomacy. Oman has historically played a key role in facilitating dialogue and mediation among Arab countries to promote peace and stability in the region. HH Sayyid Asa’ad’s leadership of the delegation highlights Oman’s dedication to engaging with its Arab neighbors and contributing to discussions on key regional issues. The presence of high-level officials in the delegation underscores Oman’s active role in the Arab League and its commitment to upholding Arab unity and solidarity.
