Foreign Minister meets with Director-General of the World Health Organization

Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain, recently met with Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), during the 79th session of the UN General Assembly. The two discussed areas of cooperation between Bahrain and the WHO in various fields overseen by the organization. They also explored ways to benefit from the WHO’s expertise in implementing projects and supporting development plans and programs for member states.
