The National University of Science and Technology from Oman secured second place among world universities and academic institutions, showcasing the talent and skill of Omani photographers on a global scale. Among individual participants, Maria Mohammed Al Rahbi from Sultan Qaboos University stood out by earning second place among students from various universities and academic institutions around the world. Additional recognition was given to Al Waleed Al Amri from Sultan Qaboos University and Nawf Al Siyabi from the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, who both received medals of appreciation from the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP).
