Losing a loved one is a difficult experience for anyone, bringing sorrow and pain to those left behind. In the UAE, there are established procedures to obtain essential documentation and services available to help lay the deceased to rest. When seeking a cremation in Dubai, there are certain steps to follow and documents required to perform the ritual.

Dubai has a dedicated crematorium located in Jebel Ali where the cremation can take place. In order to register for the procedure, you will need to provide several documents including the passport copy of the deceased, marriage certificate (if married), Emirates ID copy, death certificate, police clearance certificate, and other necessary documents. These documents are essential for the crematorium to proceed with the process.

To book a time slot at the crematorium, individuals must visit the website of the New Sonapur Crematorium, register, create an account, and fill out a registration form. The cost of cremation in Dubai is approximately Dh3,500, which includes the Municipality fee. The applicant will also be required to transfer the cost of the service to the crematorium before the cremation can take place.

It is important to follow the proper procedures and have all the necessary documents in place when seeking a cremation in Dubai. The crematorium will require all documents to be uploaded on their website for registration. Once the registration is complete and the cost of the service has been transferred, individuals can proceed with booking a time slot for the cremation at the dedicated crematorium in Jebel Ali.

By following the proper steps and ensuring all required documents are in place, individuals can successfully arrange for a cremation in Dubai. The process may seem daunting during such a difficult time, but with the support of the crematorium services and following the guidelines provided, the process can be carried out smoothly and respectfully. Planning ahead and being prepared with all necessary documentation will help facilitate a seamless cremation process in Dubai for your loved one.
