Circle K Alsulaiman, a subsidiary of Alsulaiman Group, recently announced a significant agreement to acquire a majority stake in Mazaya Fuel, a well-known chain of over 130 fuel stations across Saudi Arabia. This strategic move marks a crucial step in Circle K Alsulaiman’s expansion plans, showcasing its dedication to revolutionizing the fuel retail sector in the Kingdom. By joining forces with Mazaya Fuel, Circle K Alsulaiman aims to enhance convenience and service quality for customers while expanding its network.

Last year, Alsulaiman Group partnered with Circle K to establish a network of Circle K-branded fuel stations in Saudi Arabia under the Ministry of Energy’s sponsorship. This initiative aligns with the Ministry’s efforts to elevate service center standards and attract global investment in line with Saudi Vision 2030. Circle K Alsulaiman has set an ambitious goal of reaching more than 500 Circle K stations by 2030, with an investment of over 700 million Saudi Riyals in the fuel station sector. This expansion plan is expected to create new job opportunities and stimulate the local economy.

The acquisition of Mazaya Fuel, pending regulatory approvals, represents a significant milestone for Circle K Alsulaiman. With Mazaya Fuel’s reputation for reliability and excellent customer service, the gradual rebranding of their stations to Circle K will enhance the overall experience for customers throughout Saudi Arabia. Saud Alsulaiman, CEO of Alsulaiman Group, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, emphasizing the potential for delivering exceptional value to customers through this partnership.

Mohammed Alamri, Founder of Mazaya Fuel, expressed his enthusiasm for collaborating with Circle K Alsulaiman and contributing to the success of Circle K in the Saudi market. By combining Mazaya Fuel’s established network with Circle K’s global standards and Alsulaiman Group’s resources, the partnership is poised to establish a strong presence in the fuel retail sector, both in urban centers and on regional roads. This strategic alliance sets the stage for significant growth and innovation in the industry.

The combined strengths of Circle K Alsulaiman and Mazaya Fuel position the alliance for remarkable growth in Saudi Arabia’s fuel station sector. This acquisition underscores Circle K Alsulaiman’s commitment to providing unmatched convenience, high-quality products, and exceptional service to customers, aligning with the economic diversification goals outlined in Saudi Vision 2030. With a focus on growth and innovation, Circle K Alsulaiman is poised to make a significant impact on the fuel retail sector in Saudi Arabia and enhance the overall customer experience.
