OQ Exploration & Production Company (OQEP) is gearing up to host a series of nine IPO roadshows across various governorates in Oman, in partnership with the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), alongside the offices of the Governors and Walis. The events are set to take place from Wednesday, 25 September to 7 October 2024, with the goal of familiarizing investors, citizens, and residents with the IPO process and target groups. With plans to offer up to 25% of its shares, OQEP presents a unique opportunity for investors to partake in the company’s growth.

The inaugural roadshow is scheduled for 25 September in the Wilayat of Ibra, North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, followed by the second event on 26 September at the Chamber’s branch in the Wilayat of Sohar, North Al Batinah Governorate. Subsequently, the third IPO roadshow will be held on 29 September in the OCCI’s Salalah branch in Dhofar Governorate, with the fourth event taking place on 30 September in the Ibri branch in Al Dhahirah Governorate. The series will continue with the fifth IPO roadshow in the Wilayat of Nizwa, Al Dakhiliyah Governorate on 1 October, followed by the sixth event at the OCCI Sur branch on 2 October.

On 3 October, the seventh IPO roadshow will be held in the Wilayat of Rustaq. The eighth event is scheduled for 6 October in the Wilayat of Khasab, Musandam Governorate, and the final OQEP IPO roadshow in Muscat Governorate will take place on 7 October 2024. This comprehensive series of roadshows will give potential investors the opportunity to learn more about OQEP’s IPO, its growth strategies, and how they can get involved in the company’s expansion.

By partnering with the OCCI and various government offices, OQEP aims to ensure that the IPO roadshows reach a wide audience across different regions of Oman. These events will serve as an educational platform for those interested in investing in OQEP, offering insights into the company’s vision, mission, and future prospects. Additionally, the roadshows will provide a valuable opportunity for attendees to interact with OQEP representatives, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of the IPO process.

Participation in the OQEP IPO roadshows can be beneficial for both individual and institutional investors, as they will have the chance to become part of a leading exploration and production company in Oman. As OQEP aims to offer up to 25% of its shares, investors stand to benefit from potential growth and returns on their investment. By attending these roadshows, investors can make informed decisions about participating in the IPO and supporting OQEP’s growth and development in the energy sector.

Overall, the series of IPO roadshows hosted by OQEP in collaboration with key partners in Oman will play a crucial role in engaging potential investors and stakeholders. These events will not only educate participants about the IPO process and investment opportunities but also showcase OQEP’s commitment to transparency, growth, and sustainability. Through these roadshows, OQEP hopes to attract a diverse group of investors who are eager to be part of the company’s journey towards success and prosperity in the energy industry.
