Bahrain’s national football team supporters will have the opportunity to attend the Gulf Cup semi-final in Kuwait for free, thanks to a unified effort by Speaker Ahmed Al Musallam and three MPs. The plan, announced by Al Musallam, Hanan Fardan, Hassan Ibrahim, and Mamdouh Al Saleh, will provide transportation tailored to various local communities. Al Musallam secured buses for Al Hidd residents, Fardan for the 12th district in the Northern Governorate, Ibrahim for his constituents, and Al Saleh for District 3 in the Capital Governorate.

The Bahrain Football Association (BFA) is working alongside businesses and government entities to expand transport options and cover costs for fans attending the semi-final match. The BFA is calling on companies to contribute to the effort, highlighting their history of supporting sports and national causes. The semi-final match between Bahrain and Kuwait is set for Tuesday, 31 December 2024, with the potential for Bahrain to progress to the final and secure a successful end to the tournament.

Companies interested in contributing to the transportation efforts for the semi-final match are encouraged to contact Jawaher Al Dhaen, the BFA’s marketing representative. The association emphasizes the importance of fans coming together to support the national team and boost morale during these critical matches. The collective effort to provide free buses for supporters reflects a commitment to ensuring that fans can attend and cheer on the team during the important Gulf Cup semi-final.
