Manchester United’s Ivorian midfielder Amad Diallo has expressed his determination to “make history” with the struggling club despite their recent poor form in the Premier League. The team has lost five out of the new manager Ruben Amorim’s 10 games since his arrival, with pressure mounting after dismal defeats to Wolves, Bournemouth, and Tottenham. Currently sitting in 14th place in the Premier League, United are just eight points above the relegation zone.

Despite the team’s struggles, Diallo has been a standout player with two goals and six assists in the league this season. Alongside other young players like Alejandro Garnacho, Kobbie Mainoo, Joshua Zirkzee, and Rasmus Hojlund, Diallo is focused on bringing United back to the top. The 22-year-old forward stressed the importance of working hard and learning from experienced players to achieve this goal.

Diallo has shown his versatility by playing in different roles under Amorim’s leadership, including at right wing-back and in more attacking positions. He emphasized the importance of being flexible and willing to adapt to different positions on the field. Diallo’s dedication to the team’s success is evident in his willingness to play wherever the manager needs him, whether it be as a striker, right wing, or even goalkeeper.

The young midfielder emphasized the importance of teamwork and unity in achieving the club’s goals. He highlighted the influence of the new manager, who has a preference for working with young players and implementing a new system at the club. Diallo’s commitment to making history for Manchester United is reflected in his dedication to giving his best for the team and his desire to learn and improve every day.

Manchester United’s upcoming match against Newcastle will be a crucial test for the team as they look to bounce back from their recent defeats and climb up the Premier League table. Diallo and his fellow young players remain determined to bring success back to the club and are ready to put in the hard work and effort required to achieve their goals. With their focus on unity, dedication, and a strong work ethic, they are poised to make a positive impact and help Manchester United rise once again.
