The highly anticipated charity football event, Match For Hope, is returning for its second edition in Qatar on February 14, 2025. Last year’s match, organised by Q Life, exceeded all expectations and became a major success, with over 34,000 spectators at Qatar’s Ahmad bin Ali Stadium and a live viewership of over 22.5 million. The event also raised over $8.8 million for Education Above All (EAA) Foundation initiatives, helping thousands of out-of-school children in six countries.

The upcoming Match For Hope event promises to be even bigger, with a week of activities planned, including fan engagements, sports activations, live podcasts with popular creators, and a live music performance during half-time on match day. The event will also bring back last year’s fan favourites and introduce new star talent, all competing for the coveted trophy while raising funds for EAA once again.

The details regarding the venue, players, and other aspects of the second Match For Hope event will be announced at a later date. In the first edition, Team Chunkz emerged victorious with a 7-5 win over Team AboFlah. The match featured football legends such as Kaka, Eden Hazard, and Didier Drogba, as well as popular creators like IShowSpeed, Yung Filly, Eman SV2, and Angry Ginge. Fans can relive the excitement of the first Match For Hope on various platforms, including beIN Sports and YouTube channels.

Overall, Match For Hope has established itself as one of the most entertaining live creator events, bringing together football legends and content creators for a charitable cause. The second edition of the event is poised to be even more successful, with a focus on raising funds for EAA Foundation and providing fans with a week-long celebration of football, music, and entertainment. Stay tuned for more details on the venue, players, and activities planned for the upcoming Match For Hope event in 2025.
