As the summer holidays come to an end, football fans are gearing up for an exciting new season filled with fresh faces, old rivalries, and intense competition. With leagues like La Liga, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, and the Premier League kicking off, football’s biggest stars are set to return to domestic battle. Additionally, Asian and European qualifiers for FIFA World Cup 26 will be taking place throughout the season, adding even more drama to the mix.

The Road to ’26’ has officially begun, with FIFA World Cup 26 set to take place in the United States, Mexico, and Canada featuring an expanded roster of 48 countries. Asian teams will be competing for eight direct qualification spots, while a ninth team will advance to an inter-confederation playoff. With Rounds 3 of Asian qualifying and the first round of European qualifying on the horizon, fans can expect some thrilling international games to watch this season.

Real Madrid, fresh off a dominant league title win last year, are aiming to secure back-to-back titles in Spain for the first time since 2008. Led by new superstar Kylian Mbappé, the new generation of Galacticos are poised to be the team to beat once again. The highly-anticipated El Clasico between Real Madrid and Barcelona is set to take place on October 27, and fans can catch all the action live on beIN SPORTS.

Meanwhile, Manchester City under the guidance of Pep Guardiola are eyeing a fifth consecutive Premier League title after edging out Arsenal last season for their fourth-in-a-row. Liverpool and Chelsea are also looking to make their mark under new management, while other top teams like Manchester United and Tottenham are eager to push for the title. beIN subscribers can catch key matches such as Chelsea vs. City, United vs. Liverpool, and Arsenal vs. Spurs.

Paris Saint-Germain, despite losing Mbappé, remains a strong contender for the Ligue 1 crown with additions like Joao Neves, Willian Pacho, and Desire Doue. The team is aiming to secure a record 13th league title this season. Additionally, other French giants like Olympique Lyonnais and Marseille are making moves to strengthen their squads and challenge PSG for the title.

In the Bundesliga, young managers like Xabi Alonso at Bayer Leverkusen and Vincent Kompany at Bayern Munich are gearing up for a competitive season ahead. Bayern Munich made significant moves in the transfer market and will face Bayer Leverkusen in a highly anticipated match on September 28. Borussia Dortmund, last season’s Champions League finalists, are also looking to make their mark in the league.

To ensure fans don’t miss a moment of the action, beIN SPORTS is offering discounted access to its sports portfolio for new subscribers. From FIFA World Cup 26 qualifiers to top European football leagues, tennis, Formula One, rugby, and more, beIN is the go-to network for sports enthusiasts in the Middle East and North Africa.
