In a thrilling match at the Khalifa International Stadium, reigning champions Al Sadd secured their first victory of the Ooredoo Stars League season with an impressive 5-1 win over Qatar SC. The match saw an exciting second-half performance from Al Sadd, who were initially leveled at 1-1 with Qatar SC at half-time. However, goals from Mohammed Waad, Boualem Khoukhi, Rafa Mujica, and an own-goal by Moattaz Bostami sealed the victory for the Wolves.

The match at Al Thumama Stadium saw Al Arabi and Al Wakrah share points after a 1-1 draw, with goals from Omar Al Somah and Lucas Mendes. The draw reflected the closely contested matches seen in the league this season.

Looking ahead to upcoming matches, Al Khor and Al Shahania will face off at Al Bayt Stadium, with both teams eager to secure their first win of the season.
