Raysut Industrial City, managed by the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), has become a hotspot for investors due to its attractive incentives, facilities, and strategic location near Salalah Port and Salalah Airport. The Director General, Abdulqader bin Salim Al Balushi, has prioritized expanding the city to attract more investments. A project costing OMR3 million is underway to enhance water and wastewater services and improve the overall infrastructure. In the first half of the year, eight investment projects totaling over OMR43 million were localized, bringing the total investments in Raysut Industrial City to over OMR500 million.
