Petromin Foton has recently introduced the TUNLAND V pickup truck in the Saudi market, making it the first of its kind to operate on a hybrid power system. This groundbreaking move has set a new standard in the world of commercial and multi-purpose vehicles, showcasing the company’s dedication to innovation and sustainable development within the automotive industry. The TUNLAND V is designed to offer an exceptional driving experience, combining powerful performance with high efficiency, elevating individuals’ lifestyles to the highest levels of power, safety, and comfort all at once.

The TUNLAND V from Foton boasts the latest technological advancements, including a front double suspension and a rear multi-link suspension that are specifically engineered to meet the demands of strong off-road performance and exceptional durability. This innovative suspension system ensures comfort and stability during driving, providing a luxurious and smooth experience for drivers and passengers alike. Additionally, the TUNLAND V features a hybrid power system that delivers a torque of 450 Nm and reduces fuel consumption by 10% through automatic start-stop operations, energy recovery systems, and a high-pressure combustion system with maximum thermal efficiency reaching 50%.

The TUNLAND V comes equipped with Foton’s DHT hybrid power system, long-range electric and electrical systems, and a maximum battery capacity of up to 100 kWh, offering a total driving range of up to 900 km. These advanced features ensure high performance, multiple power generation options, long endurance, and high torque, making the TUNLAND V a reliable and efficient choice for drivers looking for a powerful yet eco-friendly vehicle. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with intelligent driving assist devices, including adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, and more, achieving L2.5 level autonomous driving capabilities for added safety and convenience.

For comfort and safety, the TUNLAND V is outfitted with a 14.6-inch smart screen and a voice interaction system that is connected to ambient lighting, providing smart in-car services and an immersive driving experience. The vehicle’s overall NVH performance has been improved by 15%, and both the driver and passengers are protected by six airbags strategically placed in key positions. With a comprehensive upgrade to both active and passive safety measures, the TUNLAND V ensures integrated protection for all occupants, making it a top choice for those prioritizing safety and comfort on the road.
