MP Hanan Fardan has confirmed that compensation will soon be distributed to those impacted by the recent rains in Bahrain. She has been actively monitoring the situation and addressing complaints from affected individuals about the timing of the compensation. Fardan criticised the Ministry of Works for not fulfilling its promises to disburse compensation to those affected by the unprecedented rains in April, leading to disappointment among the public. She emphasized that directives from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, are clear in mitigating the damage caused by rainwater accumulation, compensating those affected, and improving infrastructure in the impacted areas.

Fardan explained that the Ministry of Works’ Damage Assessment Committee used specific criteria to determine compensation, primarily focusing on damages from rainwater accumulation. The amount of compensation is based on the severity of the damage, with this year’s rain-related damage being more severe than in previous years, impacting a higher number of homes. She emphasized the urgency of prioritizing infrastructure improvements in the most affected areas, such as Al Lawzi, Malkiya, and the farms area in Damistan, along with other parts of Bahrain. This highlights the government’s commitment to addressing the impact of the recent rains and supporting those affected by providing timely compensation.

The delay in distributing compensation to those affected by the recent rains has raised concerns among the public, prompting MP Hanan Fardan to take action and address the issue. She has received assurances from the government regarding the distribution of compensation and is working to ensure that affected individuals receive the support they need. By actively monitoring the situation and responding to complaints, Fardan is demonstrating her dedication to advocating for those impacted by the rains and holding the Ministry of Works accountable for fulfilling its promises.

The Ministry of Works’ Damage Assessment Committee plays a crucial role in determining the compensation amount for those affected by the recent rains in Bahrain. By using specific criteria to assess damages and focusing on the severity of the impact, the committee ensures that compensation is distributed fairly and effectively to those in need. This approach allows for targeted support to be provided to individuals and communities most affected by the rains, helping them recover and rebuild in the aftermath of the natural disaster.

MP Hanan Fardan’s efforts to advocate for those affected by the recent rains in Bahrain are commendable, as she works to ensure that they receive the compensation they are entitled to. By highlighting the government’s commitment to mitigating damage, compensating those impacted, and improving infrastructure in affected areas, Fardan is raising awareness of the importance of addressing the aftermath of natural disasters promptly and effectively. As she continues to monitor the situation and address complaints, Fardan is making a significant impact in supporting the recovery efforts of those impacted by the recent rains in Bahrain.

In conclusion, the distribution of compensation to those affected by the recent rains in Bahrain is a vital step in supporting individuals and communities in their recovery efforts. MP Hanan Fardan’s advocacy for timely compensation and infrastructure improvements highlights the government’s commitment to addressing the impact of the rains and providing support to those in need. By working to ensure that affected individuals receive the assistance they require, Fardan is playing a crucial role in advocating for those impacted by the natural disaster and holding the Ministry of Works accountable for fulfilling its promises. This proactive approach to addressing the aftermath of the recent rains demonstrates the government’s dedication to supporting those affected and rebuilding affected areas.
