The National Centre of Meteorology has predicted that the weather in the UAE will be fair to partly cloudy today. It will be humid by night and Sunday morning over some coastal areas. Temperatures are expected to reach up to 49℃ in internal regions and as low as 27℃ in the mountains. In Abu Dhabi, temperatures will range between 33℃ and 46℃, while in Dubai, temperatures can go as low as 34℃ and reach up to 43℃. Humidity in the country is expected to vary from 10% in internal areas to as high as 90% in coastal areas and islands.

Stay updated with the latest news by following KT on WhatsApp Channels. Light to moderate winds are expected, freshening at times, according to the weather department. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea. It is important to be aware of the weather conditions and take necessary precautions to stay safe and comfortable.

With temperatures soaring in internal regions, it is crucial to stay hydrated and avoid exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods. High humidity levels in coastal areas and islands can also make it feel hotter than it actually is, so it is important to take care when spending time outdoors. The weather department’s forecast can help individuals plan their activities accordingly and ensure their well-being is not compromised.

For those living in Abu Dhabi, the range of temperatures between 33℃ and 46℃ can be challenging, especially during the peak of the day. It is advisable to stay in shaded areas and wear appropriate clothing to protect oneself from the heat. In Dubai, where temperatures can reach up to 43℃, it is important to take frequent breaks in air-conditioned spaces to prevent heat-related illnesses.

As the winds vary from light to moderate, it is essential to secure any loose objects outdoors to prevent them from being blown away. The potential for winds to freshen at times should be taken into account when planning any outdoor activities or events. Additionally, the slight sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea provide an opportunity for water activities, but caution should always be exercised.

In conclusion, staying informed about the weather forecast and being prepared for varying conditions is essential in maintaining your well-being in the UAE. From high temperatures to varying humidity levels, taking precautions to protect yourself from the elements is key. By following the guidelines provided by the weather department and being vigilant, you can ensure a safe and comfortable experience regardless of the weather conditions.
