The Marbella Resort in Dubai is set to become a luxurious and unique destination, with plans to extend a street where it rains all year around to surround the resort. The resort, inspired by the Spanish town of Marbella, is expected to be completed in 2026 and will feature a snow plaza and private coral reefs. The resort will be located on the World Islands, accessible only by private yacht, and will offer guests the opportunity to experience snorkelling and diving among different coral reefs that house a variety of marine species.

Developed by the Kleindienst Group, the Marbella Resort Hotel will be one of the first hotels in the world with private coral reefs for guests to enjoy. The developers are committed to environmental sustainability, with features like solar power and policies to prevent the discharge of microplastics. The resort will offer a range of accommodation options including suites, chalets, and cabanas facing the sea, snow plaza, or the unique raining street surrounding the resort.

Visitors to the resort can look forward to a beachside destination with beach parties, water sports, and open-air sea-breeze restaurants. Six restaurants at the resort will serve authentic European cuisine. The 150-room luxury hotel will also feature gardens, sunken courtyards, citrus and olive groves, giving it a touch of Andalusian charm. The resort will be a part of The Heart of Europe development, which also includes the French theme resort Côte d’Azur and the Honeymoon Island with floating seahorse villas.

The Marbella Resort is a part of the Kleindienst Group’s vision to offer a unique cultural escape with authentic Spanish experiences in Dubai. The anticipation is high for this upcoming destination that promises to bring together the best of Spanish culture and luxury hospitality. With its exclusive features like a snow plaza and private coral reefs, the resort is set to attract visitors seeking a one-of-a-kind vacation experience. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project as it progresses towards completion in 2026.
