The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has predicted a fair to partly cloudy weather in the UAE on Friday, June 21. However, there may be instances of dusty conditions throughout the day. The temperature is expected to reach up to 47ºC, with humidity expected to increase by night and Saturday morning over coastal areas. There is also a possibility of mist formation in these areas. For the latest updates on weather conditions, it is advised to follow KT on WhatsApp Channels.

In internal areas, temperatures may soar up to 49ºC, with a high humidity index of 90 per cent. Abu Dhabi and Dubai are expected to experience temperatures of 46ºC and 49ºC respectively. Light to moderate winds are expected to blow throughout the day, freshening at times and causing dust particularly in eastern areas of the country. The sea conditions are expected to be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.

Residents are advised to take necessary precautions to stay safe and healthy during the hot weather conditions. It is recommended to stay hydrated, avoid direct exposure to the sun during peak hours, and wear appropriate clothing to protect against the heat. It is also important to stay informed about any updates from the NCM regarding weather changes and advisories. As the summer season continues, it is essential to be mindful of the effects of extreme heat on health and wellbeing.

The UAE typically experiences high temperatures during the summer months, with occasional dust storms and humid conditions. It is important for residents to be aware of the weather forecasts and take necessary measures to stay cool and comfortable. Keeping indoor spaces well ventilated and air-conditioned, drinking plenty of fluids, and seeking shade when outdoors can help in coping with the extreme heat. Additionally, monitoring vulnerable individuals such as children, elderly, and those with pre-existing health conditions is crucial during these hot summer days.

As the weather conditions fluctuate, it is important to stay updated on the latest news and alerts from official sources such as the NCM. By following weather updates and taking necessary precautions, residents can mitigate the risks associated with extreme temperatures and ensure their safety and well-being. With proper planning and awareness, individuals can enjoy the summer season in the UAE while staying protected from the adverse effects of the hot weather. Stay informed, stay safe, and make the most of the summer months in the UAE.
