Aqua Properties, a renowned real estate brokerage and developer, has recently achieved a significant milestone by selling over 900 units in its latest project, The Central Downtown, within just 100 days of its launch. This accomplishment highlights the robust demand for premium real estate in Dubai, as The Central Downtown emerged as the top choice in May, capturing an impressive 40.5% of all transactions in Arjan. Ali Tumbi, the founder of Aqua Properties, expressed his pride in the rapid sales success, emphasizing the company’s strong presence in Dubai’s real estate market and the high level of investor confidence in their projects.

To celebrate the success of The Central Downtown, Aqua Properties organized an exclusive 3-day luxury cruise on the Arabian Gulf, bringing together key investors, brokerage partners, and valued community members. The festivities commenced with a groundbreaking event in April, marking the beginning of this visionary project. Aqua Properties’ commitment to excellence and community trust has been evident since its establishment in 2005, with the launch of The Central Downtown marking its seventh successful project. Situated in Arjan, the project spans across a sprawling 7-acre hub, making it the largest development in the community. The Central Downtown consists of four towers offering studios and 1-3-bedroom apartments, with a 200,000 sq. ft. podium level featuring over 25 amenities including a golf simulator, wave pool, basketball court, outdoor cinema, padel tennis, and organic farm, among others.

The project also boasts a 150,000 sq. ft. shopping mall beneath the interconnected towers, providing a unique retail convenience for residents. Aqua Properties’ integrated approach sets The Central Downtown apart, making it the premier choice in Arjan. With almost two decades of industry experience, Aqua Properties has proven its commitment to delivering exceptional services, ensuring customer satisfaction through competitive pricing strategies, flexible payment plans, and luxurious amenities. The company’s impressive portfolio includes projects in Dubai’s prime locations such as the Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Motor City, and others. This track record of success further solidifies Aqua Properties’ reputation as a trusted and reliable real estate developer in the region.
