The iconic One Za’abeel in Dubai will be hosting the Infinity Dinner in July 2024, just a day before the Michelin Guide Dubai Star Revelation event. The Infinity Dinner, set to be an unforgettable culinary experience, will take place in the hidden Infinity Room and will feature five renowned chefs creating a six-course dinner for an intimate gathering of 20 guests.

The Infinity Dinner will be held at The Link, which is known for being the world’s longest cantilever and will offer a stunning dining room with a glass floor suspended 100 meters above the city. Guests will have the unique opportunity to witness globally acclaimed chefs like Anne-Sophie Pic, Paco Morales, Tetsuya Wakuda, Bo Songvisava, Dylan Jones, Mehmet Gürs, and Dabiz Muñoz personally plate their flavour-packed creations.

The evening will kick off with a sophisticated welcome drink at The Link’s destination bar, Sphere, featuring canapés and a DJ performance. Guests will then be guided to the special table in the Infinity Room for an immersive dining experience. Each course will be finished tableside by the chefs, with live entertainment adding to the multi-sensory experience throughout the evening.

This exclusive dining experience comes with a price tag of Dh15,000 per person, which includes the Infinity Dinner, special gifts from The Link, and other surprises. The event promises to be a one-of-a-kind dining experience that combines exceptional cuisine, breathtaking views, and top-notch entertainment, making it a must-attend event for food enthusiasts in Dubai.

The lineup of chefs participating in the Infinity Dinner includes some of the most decorated and innovative culinary talents from around the world. From Anne-Sophie Pic’s Michelin-starred French cuisine to Tetsuya Wakuda’s fusion of Japanese and French flavors, guests can expect a diverse and exceptional menu that celebrates different culinary traditions.

Guests at the Infinity Dinner can look forward to a night of culinary excellence and entertainment in a unique setting that offers panoramic views of Dubai.
