The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, will be undergoing medical checks at the Royal Clinics at Al Salam Palace in Jeddah. This decision comes after the King experienced a high fever and joint pain, prompting the treating medical team to conduct examinations to diagnose his health condition. The Royal Court released a statement through the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) confirming the King’s upcoming medical checks.

King Salman’s health has been a topic of concern in recent years, as the 85-year-old monarch has faced several health issues. In 2017, he underwent a successful gall bladder surgery in the United States, and in 2020, he was hospitalized for inflammation of the gall bladder. Despite these health challenges, King Salman has continued to fulfill his duties as the ruler of Saudi Arabia, overseeing important decisions and initiatives within the kingdom.

The Royal Clinics at Al Salam Palace in Jeddah are well-equipped to handle the medical needs of King Salman. The medical team will conduct thorough examinations to ensure an accurate diagnosis of the King’s health condition. This process will allow for appropriate treatment and care to be provided to the monarch, with the goal of ensuring his swift recovery from his current health issues.

The King’s health is of utmost importance to the people of Saudi Arabia, as he plays a pivotal role in governing the kingdom and shaping its policies. King Salman has been a strong advocate for stability and progress in Saudi Arabia, implementing various reforms and initiatives to modernize the country and improve the lives of its citizens. His leadership has been crucial in navigating challenges and crises, both domestically and internationally, strengthening Saudi Arabia’s position on the global stage.

As news of King Salman’s medical checks spreads, well-wishes and prayers for his speedy recovery have been pouring in from around the world. The King’s health is not only a personal concern for his family and close associates but also a matter of national importance for the people of Saudi Arabia. The Royal Court will continue to provide updates on the King’s health condition, keeping the public informed about his progress and any further medical treatments that may be necessary.

In the meantime, the government and officials in Saudi Arabia are working to ensure the smooth functioning of the kingdom’s affairs in the King’s absence. The Deputy Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, who also serves as the Minister of Defense, is expected to oversee key decisions and initiatives during this period. The kingdom remains united in its support for King Salman and his leadership, as he undergoes medical checks and receives treatment for his health issues.
