The Royal Court Affairs (RCA) recently welcomed a new batch of soldiers at the Royal Court Affairs Security Unit in Al-Khoud. This marks the beginning of their basic military training programme, which is essential in preparing them to join various military units and serve the nation. The accepted soldiers have undergone thorough evaluation and passed all admission stages, including written and mathematical tests and personal interviews. They will receive training in areas such as military tactics, physical fitness, field skills, infantry skills, and military discipline. This training aims to develop their skills, enhance their morale, and instill a sense of responsibility towards their country.

Lieutenant Colonel Saud bin Mkhammad Al-Harrasi, Director of the Military Training and Qualification Center, emphasized the importance of the training program in transforming civilians into competent military personnel. The training will last for eight months, during which the soldiers will be exposed to various military knowledge and training programs. These programs are designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties effectively in the future. The training will be based on solid foundations that focus on self-development, raising morale, and enhancing a sense of belonging to the country.

The soldiers undergoing training at the Military Training and Qualification Center are expected to gain a comprehensive understanding of military discipline, regulations, laws, and knowledge. This will enable them to perform their job roles effectively and fulfill their responsibilities in a systematic manner. The training program is designed to help the soldiers contribute to the service of their country and strengthen their connection to it. By instilling a sense of duty and discipline, the training program aims to ensure that the soldiers are well-prepared to serve their nation and uphold its values and principles.

The collaboration between the Royal Court Affairs and the Ministry of Labour in welcoming and training these new soldiers highlights the commitment of the Omani government to strengthening its military personnel. By investing in the training and development of its soldiers, Oman aims to enhance its national security and defense capabilities. The new soldiers will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the nation, as they will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties effectively. This will ultimately contribute to the overall well-being and prosperity of the country.

The successful completion of the basic military training programme will not only benefit the individual soldiers but also the nation as a whole. By instilling a sense of discipline, responsibility, and duty in the soldiers, the training program ensures that they are ready to serve their country with dedication and commitment. The development of the soldiers’ skills and knowledge through the training program will enable them to contribute effectively to various military units and operations, thereby enhancing the overall capabilities of the Omani armed forces. This will strengthen the nation’s defense infrastructure and help maintain its security and stability in the face of external threats.

In conclusion, the commencement of the basic military training programme for the new batch of soldiers at the Royal Court Affairs Security Unit in Al-Khoud is a significant milestone in their preparation to serve their country. The training program aims to equip the soldiers with the necessary skills, knowledge, and discipline to carry out their duties effectively and contribute to the nation’s security and defense. The comprehensive training provided at the Military Training and Qualification Center will ensure that the new soldiers are well-prepared for the challenges they will face in their roles. By investing in the development of its military personnel, Oman reaffirms its commitment to safeguarding its national interests and ensuring the safety and prosperity of its citizens.
