The Minister of Finance, Mohammed Al-Jadaan, recently led the Kingdom’s delegation at a preparatory meeting for the 33rd Arab Summit in Manama. The meeting included representatives from League of Arab States member states and specialists from its general secretariat. Al-Jadaan highlighted Saudi Arabia’s hosting of the 32nd Regular Session of the Arab Summit, which resulted in the issuance of the Jeddah Declaration. This declaration included initiatives benefiting joint Arab action in economic, agricultural, cultural, and educational fields, as well as decisions supporting Greater Arab Free Trade Area (GAFTA) requirements. The preparatory meeting covered various economic and social topics that will be presented at the upcoming summit.

The 33rd Arab Summit preparatory meeting focused on discussing and planning various topics related to the economic and social agenda of the Arab world. Representatives from League of Arab States member states, along with specialists from its general secretariat, gathered to address important issues affecting joint Arab action.
